Gunter is a Senior Coach from Germany (Founder and Leader of the Institute for Coaching, Training and Consulting, Frankfurt) . Studies in Mathematics, Economics and Psychology, Research in motivation theory and intelligence development, training in psychoanalytic group work, degree in behavioural psychotherapy and certification as government licensed psychological psychotherapist in Germany. He has authored many books to his credits. He is well experienced in integrating concept of Transactional Analysis in to corporate organizations. Registered and based in Dubai International Academic City (DIAC), Assil is an experienced trainer specialized in management and (Soft) Skills who has been providing tailor made Arabic and English training workshops through training providers and direct to customers at all levels, whether as in-house and or as public workshops for Leaders, Managers & Supervisors, Training the Trainer, Sales Consultants, Customer Service Agents, Seld-Development & Communication Skills, Public Relations & Workplace Essentials. She holds “Master of Management Degree” from the Catholic University of Lyon; and Certificate of Achievement in “Institute Program Manager (IPM) and Facilitator Training Workshop v.2.0” from the Human Network Workshop provided by Cisco Systems, Inc.
Servaas van Beekum
Servaas is a social scientist (Universities of Nijmegen and Utrecht) with a background in analytic, relational, systemic and humanistic modalities. He is a founding member of several associations like EASC, AAoS, Group Relations Nederland and Group Relations Australia etc. He has extended international and intercultural experience as a psychotherapist (PACFA reg.) supervisor and executive coach (AAoS reg.) and as a psychodynamic and systemic consultant. He is a member of the International Association of Relational Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy (IARRP). He has worked as a speaker and trainer in over 50 countries, is an author and runs a private practice for psychotherapy, supervision and consulting in Sydney.
Hafiz Khan has over 15 years of experience in business development and customer relationship management. At Excite Training, he is responsible for developing and delivering solutions to improve process and productivity of our clients and devise strategies for customer service. His intervention has brought tangible behavior change among work force to respond confidently to organizational goals and customer service objectives.
